Join us in congratulating Jacqui Redlinski, Lisa Maxwell, and Lauren Sprowls on passing their IBCLC boards and learn how the Pathway 3 program helped them grow into the skilled, compassionate lactation consultants they are today

Summer an IBCLC with the Blessed Beginnings Lactation Consultants is holding the baby. Blessed Beginnings serves families in White House TN and surrounding areas.

Help Us Welcome Three New IBCLCs to the Blessed Beginnings Team

Big news from the Blessed Beginnings team: three incredible women have officially passed their boards and earned the title of IBCLC!

Please join us in celebrating:

  • Jacqui Redlinski, BSN, RN, IBCLC

  • Lisa Maxwell, BSN, RN, IBCLC

  • Lauren Sprowls, BSN, RN, IBCLC

All three have worked so hard to get to this moment, and we couldn’t be prouder of their commitment, compassion, and clinical skill.

From Pathway 3 Interns to Lactation Consultants Near You

Jacqui and Lisa completed the rigorous Pathway 3 internship through Blessed Beginnings, gaining real-world experience alongside our team while preparing for the IBCLC exam.

Their time as Pathway 3 interns wasn’t just a stepping stone it shaped them into the kind of providers families trust. We’ve had the honor of watching them support new parents, solve tricky feeding issues, and walk into every visit with the calm, confident energy we know our clients love.

Lauren joined us already working as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and was in the process of sitting for boards. Her clinical background and heart-led care have made her an essential part of the team and now, with “IBCLC” after her name, she’s even more equipped to serve local families with excellence.

Why This Lactaction Consulutant Milestone Matters

Earning the IBCLC credential takes hundreds of hours of supervised clinical experience, academic coursework, and in-depth lactation training. It’s no small feat and our 100% pass rate for interns speaks volumes about the mentorship, preparation, and drive of the people on this team.

We’re especially proud because each of these new IBCLCs is already working with families in Middle Tennessee, offering in-home visits, virtual consultations, and the kind of judgment-free support new parents are searching for when they Google things like “lactation consultant near me.

And now, you can find their names right where they belong: on our IBCLC team page, serving communities with care and confidence.
