About April

I began my nursing career in 2008 as a NICU nurse and spent a total of 11 years caring for some of the most fragile babies. During that time, my interest and curiosity for lactation began to grow.

After having my second child, I experienced breastfeeding difficulties and struggled to find a lactation consultant to help me. That began my journey into obtaining my Lactation certification so | could help moms after coming home from the hospital. My passion is for helping and supporting moms during some of their vulnerable, yet sweetest moments in life. I have completed functional nutrition training.

My goal is to provide nutritional support to mothers prenatally as well as during their time providing breastmilk to their baby.
